Tickets may be purchased in advance or on-site at the Registration area. Pre-paid event tickets will be included in the Registration packet, which will be distributed on-site. Please read the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Event venues will be announced on the tickets and in the Program Book. A limited number of tickets may be available for purchase at the Registration Desk on-site at the meeting, but availability is not guaranteed.

TE-12 Kaplan Memorial Lecture Fund Cocktail Reception
Lecture – 4:00 – 5:00 pm followed by a Reception - 5:00 - 6:00 pm We invite all 2016 participants to attend both the Lecture and the Cocktail Reception/Fundraiser that immediately follows. The later is a ticketed event ($25). The ticket covers a commemorative wine glass, hors d’oeuvres and a drink as well as the opportunity to interact with Kaplan Lecture speaker and BSA colleagues. The evening will culminate in a raffle and short auction of items generously donated by BSA members, publishers, the BSA and other professional organizations. The Chart House Restaurant (www.chart-house.com) is located at 202 West Bay Street – just 2 minutes from the Hyatt Hotel on River Street. As in the past, ABLS will cover the cost of the appetizers and the tip. The dinner will be from a personalize menu and will include a mixed field greens salad, onsite selection from 4 entrée options – NY Strip Steak/Chicken Romano/Bronzed Fresh Fish/Vegetarian – with the chef’s selection of starch and vegetables, served with warm fresh breads. Dessert will be Crème Brûlée with fresh raspberries; and the meal will include Soft Drinks, Coffee and Tea service. The cost will be $44/person. There will also be a no-host (cash) bar.
